Hybridization protocol |
Samples were hybridized using Affymetrix hybridization kit materials. Fragmented and biotin labeled cDNA was hybridized to Affymetrix Human Gene 2.0 ST arrays for 18 hours at 45C with rotation at 60 rpm. Arrays were then washed and stained using the FS450_0002 fluidics protocol
