Label protocol 1µg of total RNA was labelled with the Exiqon Kit protocol following the manufacturer´s instructions.
 
Hybridization protocol Samples were heated at 95º C in darkness, hybridized, and washed with the robotic HS 4800 Pro system (Tecan®).
Scan protocol Fluorescence was scanned with a GenePix 4000B (Axon Instruments™) microarray scanner.
Raw data processing was performed with the ExiMiR package from R
Description origin: PDVC57 was established from a tumor resulting from injection of PDV cells into C57BI mice. PDV cells were derived by in vitro transformation with DMBA of primary keratinocytes from C57B1 mice

Data processing Image processing was accomplished with the Gene Prix Pro (v 6.0), and data processing was performed with the ExiMiR package for R (Gubian S, 2012; RDevelopment-Core-Team, 2010).
