Growth protocol |
NaF cells were grown in full media (DMEM 10% FBS). 48 hours before ligand treatment media was replaced to DMEM containing 10% charcoal-treated FBS. Palmitate treatment was done in full media and samples were compared to full growth-media -grown control (samples C1-C3).
