Basecalls performed by BGI company. Raw data were preprocessed by removing adaptor sequences and/or low quality reads, resulting in clean reads data. These clean reads data were then mapped to the sweet orange reference sequences (version 2.0) published in 2013 Genome_build: Sweet orange version 2.0. http://citrus.hzau.edu.cn/orange/ Publication of reference genome: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23179022 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: excel files were generated with geneID and raw count.
