5.5 ug of biotinilated cDNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45°C on GeneChips Rat Gene 2.0 ST Arrays. Arrays were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 400.

Arrays were scanned on a 7G affymetrix GeneChip Scanner.
