Scanning was conducted using the NanoString confocal microscope scanner/Digital Analyzer according to manufacturer's instructions.

Data processing |
The analysis of raw data was performed with nSlover Analysis Software provided by NanoString Technologies. Data were collected as NanoString RCC files and provided as an Excel spreadsheet. The data were normalizeed to the geometric mean of the 90 most highly expressed miRNAs.
