Data processing |
All microarray data preprocessing and analysis was done using R. Affy CEL files were imported using the affy package. Expression intensities were summarized, normalized, and transformed using Robust Multiarray Average algorithm. Please note that all the genes that did not map to an Entrez ID were excluded, resulting in 16,755 data rows.
