Treatment protocol We used Ajuba OE and Vector virus to infect SW-1116 cells.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol DMEM medium were removed, PBS was washed three times, and RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent. RNA Sample Prep Kit was used with 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
