Sample GSM2280165 Query DataSets for GSM2280165
Status Public on Nov 22, 2017
Title MGF59: monocytes DNA from female MG singlton
Sample type genomic

Source name monocytes
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics gender: Female
cell type: CD14
age (years): 59
clinical phenotype: MG
cell type: CD14 purified from PBMC
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol PBMCs were purified from 60 ml blood by Ficoll density gradient centrifugation (U16 NovaMed). The CD14 subset was isolated using EasySep™ Human Monocyte Enrichment Kit (#19059 Stemcell). Recovery was 65-80% with a purity > 95% for all cell-subsets. From each sample both RNA and DNA was extracted using AllPrep kit (#80204 QIAGENE) according to manufacturer's protocol. DNA concentration was measured by picogreen and stored at 4°C until use. RNA quantity and quality was measured by NanoDrop and Agilent BioAnalyzer respectively and stored at -80°C until use.

Data table header descriptions
ID_REF
VALUE normalized Average Beta, excluding for CpG with less then 1% variation between all samples or probes with SNPs. In additiona, in order to reduce batch effect between sets, two samples were replicated and data was normalized according to these replicates
