Label protocol Total RNA was enriched for the polyA fraction using Oligotex mRNA Mini Kit (Qiagen). Enriched mRNA (250 ng) was primed using random hexamers and reversed transcribed using Superscript III (Invitrogen) in the presence of 5-(3-aminoallyl)-dUTP (Ambion).
 
 
Hybridization protocol Hybridizations were performed in 3.6X SSC buffer with 35% formamide and 0.07% SDS at 42% C overnight.
Scan protocol Arrays were washed, dried and scanned with the GenePix 4000B Scanner
Description Total RNA from iPS clone was extracted using RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA) according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Data processing Gene Expression data was extracted using NimbleScan Software v2.3
