10ug cRNA was used to make 250ul hyb cocktail, of which 200ul were injected into GeneChip X3P arrays and hybridized for 16 hours at 45C. Arrays were washed and stained using Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450 with user-prepared reagents.

Microarrays were scanned using the GeneChip Scanner 3000 system from Affymetrix.

Data were normalized using RMA and the Affymetrix Command Console module.
