Chromatin was sheared using truChIP High Cell Chromatin Shearing Kit with Non-ionic Shearing Buffer (Covaris). ChIP-seq libraries were constructed using 5500 SOLiD Fragment 48 Library Core Kit. Libraries were sequenced on the SOLiD 5500 platforms according to the manufacturer's instructions.
