CD11b+Gr1hi cells were FACS-purified from the spleen of mice at 24h after LPS injection (L1 and L2), HY209 was infused intravenously into the group of mice at 30 min after LPS injection (LH1, LH2). CD11b+Gr1hi cells were FACS-purified from the spleen of EL4 tumor-bearing mice (T1, T2)

Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 100 ng total RNA (GeneChip 3' IVT PLUS Reagent Kit Manual, Affymetrix).

Hybridization protocol |
Following fragmentation, 15 ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45℃ on GeneChip Hybridization Oven 645. GeneChips were washed and stained with SAPE (Streptavidin Phycoerythrin) in the Affymetrix GeneChip Fluidics Station 450.

GeneChips were scanned using the GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.
