Description C57BL/6 mice were bred with mice heterozygous for Nf1. Their male pups were euthanized at P15 and brains quickly dissected and flash-frozen. Their livers were also removed and frozen for the purpose of genotyping. Hippocampi from two wild-type mice were pooled and RNA extracted for expression profiling.
