Genomic DNA extracted from AML diagnostic and remission bone marrow samples and genotyped using Human Omni 2.5M SNP arrays (2.5-4v1-D or 2.5-4v1-H) (Illumina).
Raw image data were saved to a project using Genome Studio (Illumina) and B-Allele Frequencies and Log-R Ratios were exported for analysis using ASCAT in R.
