MiRNA expression profiles were analyzed using real-time RQ Manager software v1.2 (Applied Biosystems). Statistically significant miRNA differences were identified by Significance of Microarrays Analysis (SAM). MiRNA expression changes were calculated by applying the 2−ΔΔCT method and using the average Ct of each plate as endogenous controls. DCt means of FF and oocytes were used to determine DDCt; oocytes were chosen as Calibrator. miRNA expression levels are reported as the natural logarithm of RQ values
