Scan protocol The data were analyzed using GenePattern pipeline: RMA method and Human Entrez Gene custom CDF annotation version 18 was used for the normalization
Description Gene Expression data from the glomeruli of human Minimal Change Disease
Data processing Each of the hybridization was normalized seperately and the last sheet contains the batchcorrected data using Combat. Background data was filtered by excluding all genes that did not have at least one expression value exceeding the median plus 2 standard deviations of the Affymetrix negative control expression.
