Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared according to the standard Affymetrix protocol from 5 µg total RNA.
 
Hybridization protocol Following fragmentation, 5 µg of cDNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45°C on GeneChip MOE 430 2.0. GeneChips were washed and stained.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using GeneChip Scanner 3000.
Description Gene expression data from quiescent neural stem cells of adult mouse subventricular zone
Data processing The .CEL files were generated using Affymetrix software and the data were analyzed using GeneSpring GX12. Sample 3 and Sample 12 did not pass QC.
