Hybridization protocol |
Hybridization and washing of the Affymetrix GeneChip Murine Genome MU74A, -B, and -C version 2 arrays (Affymetrix, Santa Clara, CA) were carried out as described in: Mahadevappa, M. & Warrington, J. A. (1999) Nat. Biotechnol. 17, 1134–1136. Duplicate hybridizations were performed with each RNA sample.
