Treatment protocol |
Monocyte-derived dendritic cells were infected with ALVAC or Ad5 empty viral vectors (MOI=3) for 24 hours.

Growth protocol |
Monocytes were isolated from health PBMCs with EasySep™ Human CD14 Positive Selection Kit II according to the manufacture's protocol. Then isolated monocytes were induced to differentiate to dendritic cells under the treatment of human recombinant IL-4 and GM-CSF for 5 days.
