Description RNA was isolated from lyophilized cultures of Aspergillus parasiticus (SUI) using Trizol (Life Technologies, Rockville, MD) according to the manufacturers instructions. cDNA synthesis, labeling, and hybridization were performed using a protocol modified from Chhabra, et al., 2003. J Biol Chem 278:7540. pH4.5 growth supports aflatoxin (AF) production, whereas pH8.0 growth supresses AF production. If Value=undefined then Value was set to 0 and FLAG was set to 1.
