Sample GSM2829037 Query DataSets for GSM2829037
Status Public on Nov 10, 2017
Title LS174T_K2_1
Sample type RNA

Source name LS174T cell clone (2F12),CRISPR/Cas9 treated, FOXA1 Knock-out
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: LS174T
replicate: 1
genotype: FOXA1 Knockout
treatment: transfected
Treatment protocol LS174T cells were subjected to CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing using a guide RNA targeting exon 2 of the FOXA1 locus, followed by single cell cloning.
Growth protocol LS174T cells were purchased from the Cell Line Service culture collection (CLS #300392, DKFZ, Heidelberg). Cell lines were maintained in growth medium consisting of DMEM supplemented with 10% FCS, 10 mM Hepes, 1/100 MEM non-essential amino acid solution and 1/100 penicillin/streptomycin
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was isolated from LS174T cells using the PeqGOLD total RNA Kit (#732-2871, Peqlab/VWR Life Science)
Label Biotin
Label protocol Biotinylated cRNA were prepared with the Ambion MessageAmp kit for Illumina arrays

Hybridization protocol Standard Illumina hybridization protocol
Scan protocol Standard Illumina scanning protocol
Description K2_1
Array ID: 200739030022
