Extraction protocol Total RNA of the tissues was extracted using the Trizol method and analyzed by an Agilent 2100 bio-analyzer (Agilent Technologies).
Strand-specific polyA+ RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.

Supplementary_files_format_and_content: bigWig files were generated using wiggles (v1.2.0); scores represented read coverage.
