Arabidopsis thaliana: 2 hours, low temp
|
Organism |
Arabidopsis thaliana |
Characteristics |
Arabidopsis thaliana (Col-4) Aerial tissues collected from 14-day old plants. Grown under axenic conditions at 22 degrees Celsius and 125 uE light with a 16 hour photo-period on 0.5 x MS media. Exposed to 2 hours at 4 degrees Celsius.
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted from 10 g of Arabidopsis plant tissue using the Total RNA extraction kit and mRNA was purified from total RNA using an mRNA purification kit according to the manufacturer’s protocols (Amersham Biosciences, Baie d’Urfe, Canada).
