3’ adapter (5’-TGGAATTCTCGGGTGCCAAGG-3’) was removed from sequenced reads using UEA small RNA workbench. The small RNA reads of length 16nt-35nt filtered and were analyzed. Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Text file containing 16nt-35nt long unique reads and their raw abundance after removal of adapter.
