RNA |
|
|
Source name |
macrophages FACS-sorted from ccRCC
|
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
donor/patient: DD1 disease status: clear cell renal cell carcinoma cell type: macrophages
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
RNA was prepared using RNeasy micro kit (Qiagen). RNA quantity and quality were assessed using a Nanodrop 1000 Spectrometer (Peqlab) and Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. RNA (0.5–15 ng) was amplified and converted into cDNA by a linear amplification method using WT-Ovation PicoSL System in combination with the Encore® Biotin Module (both from NuGen). cDNA was further purified using MinElute Reaction Cleanup kit (Qiagen) before hybridization to Affymetrix GeneChip® Human Gene ST 1.0 Arrays.
