Label protocol |
The reverse of RNA was performed using the TaqMan MicroRNA Reverse Transcription Kit following the Manufacturer’s instructions. Quantitative real-time PCR were performed (7900HT, ABI) with 12 cycles at 95℃ for 15 seconds and 60℃ for 4minutes. And hold at 99.9℃ for 10 minutes.

(SDS2.4)RQ Manager. The original ct values of the plasma miRNAs were normalized using the control miRNA: U6. The Ct value is the number of PCR cycles when the fluorescence value reaches the threshold, which is a parameter without unit. The Ct value has a linear relationship with the logarithm of the original template copy number, and the more the initial copy number, the smaller the Ct value.
