The tumor sample was after removal snap frozen and stored in OCT at -80ºC. From each OCT block, a small fraction of the sample was removed using a scalpel, washed twice in PBS, and homogenized using the TissueLyser II (Qiagen).

Data processing |
Data were analyzed using Partek Genomics Suite version 6.6. The .CEL-files were pre-processed using the Robust Multichip Average procedure (RMA) as implemented in the Partek software.
