Extraction protocol cDNA size selection was carried out with the Sage Science’s Pippin prep electrophoresis platform. Sequencing of pooled libraries were performed on HiSeq 2000 sequencing system (Illumina) with the single end read of 50 bp length.
Small RNA sequencing libraries were prepared according to the manufacturer’s instructions using the Illumina Small RNA Prep kit.

Data processing miRNA sequencing was performed on Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform using 1X50bp single-end runs.
