Sample GSM3025339 Query DataSets for GSM3025339
Status Public on Feb 27, 2018
Title d5il10_cebp
Sample type SRA

Source name iBAd Cell Line
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57/Bl6
genotype: IL10Ra-Expressing
stimulus: differentiated, treated with IL10
chip antibody: anti-CEBPB
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Extraction protocol Purified nuclei from iBAD cells were lysed and chromatin was sheared using a Bioruptor prior to immunoprecipitation with anti-CEBPB antibodies
Libraries were constructed using Kapa's LTP Library Preparation kit according to manufactuer's instruction.

Library strategy ChIP-Seq
Library source genomic
Library selection ChIP
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 4000

Data processing Reads were aligned to the mouse genome (NCBI37/mm9) with Bowtie2. Uniquely mapped reads were used for peak calling and annotation using HOMER (Heinz et al., 2010). Peaks were called if they passed a false discovery rate of 0.01 and were enriched over input. Peaks were annotated to the nearest TSS.
Genome_build: mm9
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: bedGraph files for each sample represent the read coverage at each genomic position
