Extraction protocol |
Gut tubes caudal of stomach were dissected and treated in 0.25% Trypsin for 7-10 mins on a vortex station, neutralized with FBS; Epcam+ cells were enriched using magnetic antibody. Total RNA was extracted with TRIzol reagent (Life Technologies) followed by DNase treatment with the RNeasy kit (Qiagen). The SMARTer-Seq v4 Ultra Low Input RNA Kit (Clontech) was used according to the manufacturer's instructions
