Data processing |
The raw data was checked by FastQC v. Clean reads were aligned to the pig genome using STAR 2.5. The expression of the transcript was calculated by FPKM using Cuffnorm. Differentially expressed transcripts were determined using DESeq v1.22.1. Function and signaling pathway enrichment analysis using GO and KEGG database. Genome_build: Sscrofa 10.2 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: processed_data.txt: Tab-delimited text file includes FPKM values for all Samples.
