Description The microarray contains two large blocks, onto each of which the probes were spotted in duplicate. The data is for one of the blocks (dye-swap experement).
Data processing Following background subtraction, spot signal intensities were calculated as percentages of total signal intensities of Cy-3 or Cy-5 signals on each microarray, as a means of normalization. Spots with low intensities were excluded.
