Description 10 mice (22-24gr) received water for 14 days oraly followed by MPTP (24mg/kg/day i.p for 4 days). 4 days after last MPTP dose mice were killed by cervical translocation. Midbrains were punched under dissecting microscope, pooled and total protein was produced and analyzed by the Powerblot service.
