Source name |
Cry1,Cry2 KO mouse Liver under ad libitum feeding at circadian time 30
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
Strain: Cry1,Cry2 double KO mice, Gender: female, Age: 8-16 weeks, Condition: ad libitum food availability
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Trizol extraction followed by Qiagen RNeasy columns
Label |
Biotin
Label protocol |
Standard Affymetrix protocol
Hybridization protocol |
Standard Affymetrix protocol
Scan protocol |
Standard Affymetrix scan protocol
Description |
Food was made available ad libitum for two weeks to Cry1,Cry2 double KO mice. Mice were then released into constant darkness and tissue was collected during the second day of constant darkness
Data processing |
Data from CEL files were normalized in R using the 'affy' package and the gcRMA algorithm. Log transformation of values was reversed and all values of a series of arrays were median normalized to 100
