Treatment protocol Young adult female mice (age 8-10 weeks) were fed with 0.2% bis-(cyclohexanone)-oxaldihydrazone (cuprizone) diet (TD.140803, Harlan Teklad) for 6 weeks or 9 weeks to induce demyelination, followed by a 3 week recovery period on global 18% protein rodent control diet (TD.00588, Harlan Teklad) to induce natural remyelination.
Growth protocol Animals were maintained under standard conditions in a 12 h dark/12 h light cycle with access to food and water ad libitum.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Corpus callosum was collected and snap-frozen by liquid nitrogen. After RNA co-immunoprecipitation process, RNA was isolated using Direct-zol™ RNA MiniPrep Plus kit (Zymo Research).
Double-stranded cDNA and the sequencing library were made using the Kapa RNA Kit Full kit.
