Ten individuals were pooled as one replicate and three replicates were collected for each sample. After collection, these samples were immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at _80°C refrigerator until RNA extraction.

Sequencing libraries were generated using a NEBNext® UltraTM RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina®
The library quality was assessed on an Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 system
The cDNA library was sequenced on an Illumina Hiseq 2000 platform at Novogene Bioinformatics Technology Co., Ltd
Clean data (clean reads) were obtained by removing reads containing an adapter, reads containing poly_Ns and low quality reads from raw data through in_house perl scripts, on which all following of the analyses were based.
