Sample GSM3637841 Query DataSets for GSM3637841
Status Public on Feb 24, 2020
Title naïve KO rep1
Sample type SRA

Source name p14 T cells
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6
tissue: p14 T cells (spleen)
age: post natal week 8
genotype: Tnik-/-;p14
Treatment protocol One day post adoptive transfer of naïve WT and KO p14 T cells, mice were immunized with LCMV-WE strain. P14 T cells were purified form spleen at D6 or D80 post immunisation.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted from WT and KO p14 T cells of naïve, D6 and D80 immunized mice using the RNeasy Micro Kit (QIAGEN AG, Switzerland)
Libraries were generated from 10ng total RNA using the SmartSeq2 Kit (Takara Bio, Japan).

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Description Naive p14 T cells form spleen
Data processing Primary data analysis was performed with the Illumina RTA v1.18.66.3.
The sequence assembly and alignment was performed using the ArrayStar software v.13 (DNASTAR, USA).
The level of gene expression was assessed after Reads Per Kilobase Million (RPKM) normalization and log2 transformation.
Genome_build: GRCm38 - mm10
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Tab-delimited text file includes linear total RPKM normalized values.
