Title HEK293T cells, forskolin 4hr 2
Sample type RNA

Source name Human HEK293T cell line
Organism Homo sapiens
Extracted molecule total RNA

Description Culture of human HEK293T cells, treated with forskolin for 0hr, 1hr and 4 hr. RNA was extracted using the Qiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 5ug of total RNA. Duplicates for each time point is used. Data was analyzed using dChIP software (www.dchip.org).
Keywords = HEK293T, cAMP induced genes, forskolin, CREB target genes
