suprabasal keratinocytes wild-type (wt_low) [X667_06_L] |
Sample type |
RNA |
|
|
Source name |
Suprabasal
|
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
strain: FVB/N age: post natal day 4 tissue: Skin genotype: Wild type
|
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Primary keratinocytes were isolated and processed for FACS. After sorting, cells were pelleted by centrifugation and re-suspended in Trizol (Invitrogen) followed by chloroform extraction. The aqueous phase was applied to RNeasy minElute column (Qiagen) and the RNA was purified according to manufacturer instructions.

Scan protocol |
Affymetrix Gene ChIP Scanner 3000 7G
|
Data processing |
Scanning of arrays was performed using an Affymetrix GeneChip Scanner 3000 7G, and the generated image (DAT) files were preprocessed using the Affymetrix GeneChip Command Console (AGCC, v.3.2) software to generate cell intensity (CEL) files. The CEL files were imported to the Affymetrix Expression Console (EC, v.1.2) software and analyzed using the Robust Multichip Average (RMA) method including quantile normalization and median polish summarization.
