Treatment protocol |
Sphere cells were dissociated using accutase. Tumor cells were obtained through trypsin digestion and mechanical dissociation of the tumors.

Growth protocol |
Sphere cells were cultured in DMEM/F12 with EGF and bFGF. Tumor cells were directly obtained from orthotopic in vivo tumors in mice.
