The biotin-labeled cDNA was prepared from 250 ng of total RNA using the Ambion WT Expression Kit and Affymetrix WT Terminal Labeling Kit.

Hybridization protocol |
Fragmented and biotin-labeled cDNA at a concentration of 25 ng/ul or 2.25 ug total was hybridized to the Mouse Gene 2.1 ST peg plate. The Mouse Gene 2.1 ST peg plate was hybridized, washed, stained and scanned using the Affymetrix GeneTitan MC instrument. The default method for the Mouse Gene 2.1 peg plate was used on the GeneTitan. The hybridization time for the expression plates was 17 hours and the temperature was 48 C.
