Sample GSM4051660 Query DataSets for GSM4051660
Status Public on Aug 29, 2019
Title NAT1
Sample type SRA

Source name pancreas
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue: normal pancreas
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol PDAC or normal adjacent tissues were removed, flash frozen in liquid nitrogen and total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent. The ribosomal RNA was removed using the Ribozero series kit and linear RNA was digested using RNaseR.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard illumina protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model HiSeq X Ten

Data processing Illumina Casava1.7 software used for basecalling.
Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, and masked for low-complexity or low-quality sequence, then mapped to whole genome(version:hg38)using STAR(version:2.5).
The circRNAs were identified using CIRI(version:2.0.5)and find_circ(version:1.2).Quantity of gene-expression level was estimated by Reads Per Billion Mapped Reads (RPB).
Genome_build: hg38
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include RPB values for each sample.
