Description small RNAs
Data processing These sequences are the output from the 454 Genome Sequencer FLX after base-calling was performed. No adapter sequences have been removed. 5' adapter sequence: CTGTAGG(C/T)(G/A)CCTGAAA. 3' adapter sequence: CTGTAGG(C/T)(G/A)CCTGAAA (identical). Adapters and intervening miRNA can also be in reverse complement orientation.
