Reads were trimmed at the 5' and 3' ends to remove ambiguous nucleotides using CLC Genomics Software Reads were then mapped to Campylobacter jejuni 81-176 using CLC Genomics Software RPKM values were calculated using CLC Genomics Software Comparisons were made between relevant genotypes and considered significant if different by a log2 value > |2| with an FDR p-value < 0.05 Genome_build: Campylobacter jejuni 81-176
