Sample GSM4261258 Query DataSets for GSM4261258
Status Public on Jul 30, 2020
Title RNAseq_Ad_lib_WT_ZT10_rep2
Sample type SRA

Source name Liver
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics strain: C57BL/6J
gender: male
diet: normal chow
genotype/variation: WT
tissue: Liver
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted from liver tissue or isolated endothelial cells and kupffer cells using Trizol reagent followed by RNeasy Mini Kit (#74104).
Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions accompanying the TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation. The purified cDNA was captured on an Illumina flow cell for cluster generation. Libraries were sequenced on the Genome Analyzer following the manufacturer's protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Description Ad_lib_feeding
Data processing RNA-seq reads were aligned to the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) mm9 genome browser using STAR. The tag directories were established and normalized read counts were measured with RefSeq genes using Homer.
Genome_build: mm9
