Extraction protocol |
Total RNA was extracted from liver tissue or isolated endothelial cells and kupffer cells using Trizol reagent followed by RNeasy Mini Kit (#74104). Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions accompanying the TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation. The purified cDNA was captured on an Illumina flow cell for cluster generation. Libraries were sequenced on the Genome Analyzer following the manufacturer's protocols.
