Data processing |
Expression levels of individual transcripts were estimated by salmon (ver. 0.13.1) using Gencode transcriptome (release 28) as a reference. Genome_build: hg38 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Abundance files report transcript expression levels, as reported by salmon. The sgRNA count files are in the tsv format, were each row represents abundance of a single sgRNA. The complete list of sgRNA IDs with respective Ensembl gene IDs, gene symbols and sgRNA sequences is provided in a separate file (sgRNA_sequences.txt.gz)
