Adaptors were removed and reads quality trimmed using TrimGalore v0.4.4 (https://github.com/FelixKrueger/TrimGalore) with default settings Read were aligned to the Human genome version GRCh38.87 using TopHat v2.1.0 (https://genomebiology.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/gb-2013-14-4-r36) Reads were quantified per genomic region and differential expression was calculated using Cufflinks v2.2.1 (https://www.nature.com/articles/nbt.2450) Genome_build: human GRCh38.87 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Cufflinks tab-delimited expression values
