Growth protocol |
Human endometrial HEC-1-B cells (ATCC) were cultured in MEM medium (Hyclone), supplemented with 10% (v/v) FBS (Gibco), 2 mM glutamine (Gibco), 1 mM sodium pyruvate (Sigma), and 1× penicillin-streptomycin (Gibco). HEK-293T (ATCC) were cultured in DMEM medium (Hyclone) supplemented with 10% (v/v) FBS and 1× penicillin-streptomycin. Cells were maintained at 37 °C in a humidified incubator containing 5% (v/v) of CO2, and were passaged every three days.

Extraction protocol |
Total RNAs were extracted using TRIZOL regent and mRNA was purified from total RNA using the NEBNext poly(A) mRNA magnetic isolation module. RNA-Seq libraries were generated by NEBNext® Ultra™ II RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina(NEB #E7775)

Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence, then aligned to the reference human genome (GRCh38/hg38) using the HISAT2 program (version 2.0.4). The Fragments Per Kilobase of exon model per Million mapped fragments (FPKM) value was calculated using the Cufflinks program (version 2.1.1). Genome_build: hg38 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: csv files: the FPKM values for each RNA-seq sample
